So much for getting back on the bento bandwagon. I got sick last week. I ended up eating that lunch I posted Sunday night on *Thursday*. Here's to this week!!

Bottom tier: two wedges of laughing cow light swiss cheese, grapes, snap peas, carrots
Top tier: Salsa Yucateco on top of couscous
The super speedy bento tip? I put the dry couscous in the bento tier and poured the hot water over it, then I used the bento lid to cover it. By the time I was done making the other tier, it was ready for the salsa yucateco to go on top. I think I'll be doing this frequently!
Nutritional information: 391 calories, 11g fat, 62g carbs, 13g protein.
Husband's Bento

He's not a couscous fan so I saved some of the salsa for him to eat with fish later this week.
He gets an english muffin with peanut butter and honey, triscuts with laughing cow cheese, snap peas, grapes, and a strawberry.
